At Serenity Sips, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and not expired. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping fees. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. Custom or final sale items are non-refundable.
